How To Open A Lavazza Account?
To open an account on Lavazza.com, follow these steps:
- Visit the Lavazza website.
- Look for the Login or Register option, usually located at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Click on Register.
- You will be prompted to enter your personal information such as your name, email address, and desired password.
- After filling out the required fields, click on the Submit or Create Account button.
- You may be asked to verify your email address. If so, go to your email inbox, open the email from Lavazza, and click on the verification link.
- Once your email is verified, your account is created and you can start enjoying the benefits of being a Lavazza member.
Remember, before setting up a Lavazza "My Way" subscription, you must first set up an account. Enjoy shopping!
Lavazza Return Policy?
Lavazza's return policy allows for returns if you change your mind about your purchase. The conditions for this are:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.
- You can provide a copy of your order number, invoice, or other form of proof of purchase.
- The product is unused, intact, and in its original packaging.
- You pay the return delivery cost.
- The item is not subject to the exclusions below.
Exclusions apply to the following items:
- Coffee consumables
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift vouchers
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law in respect of items purchased from Lavazza. Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded and are in addition to any extended warranty you purchase or any voluntary warranty (warranty against defects) you are given.
Once Lavazza receives your return items, they will inspect and process your products within 7 days. Refunds for credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your account due to bank processing time. Cash refunds are not provided.
